The food poisoning diet
Breakfast: Nothing, nauseous
Lunch: A bowl of plain couscous (which really confused the Quebecois waitress) and Perrier
Snack: Extremely small yogurt
Dinner: Half of a bowl of potato leek soup (very salty), two pieces of toast, Perrier.
Sigh. FYI, if you get food poisoning you’re supposed to stay on the BRAT diet for a while: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Yogurt is also OK because it helps replenish the good kind of stomach bacteria.
